Hotel dei Borgognoni, Roma

Tout l'ensemble des services et des prestations est excellent, le personnel est vraiment charmant, disponible, efficace.... Un grand merci aux concierges qui nous ont aidés pour les taxis, les réservations de restaurant... Nous reviendrons à Rome et nous reviendrons à l'Hotel dei Borgognoni!

Great location, good rooms and fantastic staff.

I liked the location of the Hotel. The breakfast people is very nice and also the bell boys!! Food is so good!

Too expensive to not having a regular TV variety channels. It is absurd that you have to pay to watch other channels. It is a basic thing in other 4 stars hotel. The Hotel is a little bit older of it looks in the web site.

The bellboy and maids were most helpful. The man at the desk not so much. The gentlemen who assisted me with the computer was really helpful.

Disappointed in the service and food at the restaurant.
