very nice staff

The best part is the breakfast, every morning they brought it to our room. We have an own balcony. Perfect location (near Piazza del Popolo), excellent staff (very helpful), good value for money! I would recommend Brunetti to everybody.

Das Guest House war wirklich schön. Die Lage an der Via del Corso war klasse. Zwar muss man zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten ein wenig laufen, dafür ist aber ein schöner Park in der Nähe, den man in der Mittagshitze, oder nach einem langen Tag gut nutzen konnte, um sich zu entspannen. Die Angestellten waren immer freundlich. Das Frühstück war ok. Es gab immer drei Cornetti mit Marmelade und Nutella, zwei Joghourt, Kaffe/Tee und Orangensaft. Was toll war, war der Safe im Zimmer, den man ohne Gebühr nutzen konnte.

Leider wurde uns erst auf einem Blatt im Zimmer mitgeteilt, dass wir das Zimmer bar zahlen sollten. Wir mussten also das Geld abheben und mussten so auch noch die Gebühr dafür bezahlen.

We enjoyed our stay at Brunetti Twenty Eight very much. The room was a very nice size for the family of four, as was the washroom. Breakfast in our private balcony was great too! Probably would have liked a little more variety for breakfast but for 4 days it was just fine.

There wasn't anything I did not like.

It was real close to Piazza Del Popolo. You were able to walk to all the main attractions, with good walking shoes.

The room and bathroom were really small. No place to put your suitcase, except on the floor.

The food at breakfast was okay; otherwise, there was nothing we liked.

To call this a "luxury" guest house is misleading and inaccurate. There is nothing "luxury" about a tiny cramped room, mould in the bathroom, and an eating patio so small that we had to eat our breakfast in our room. The bar across the street was noisy until late into the night so none of us could sleep, and the owner's response was simply that "Rome is like that". When we voiced concerns about the room the management was downright rude. If they want to advertise themselves as a pensione for budget travellers, then that should be fine. But a "luxury guest house" they are not. We stayed at six other places in Italy -- this one was the worst, by far, and the only unsatisfactory experience we had.

Everything - friendly reception when we arrived late at night, delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms, good bathroom, central location - really an excellent place to stay in Rome

The staff were amazing, the loaction is in the middle of rome you couldn not ask for a better loaction. Everything was fantastic i would staff there everytime i go to rome.
