The weekday staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially after I had my wallet stolen while on a local bus. The location was very handy to the train/bus station so it was easy to get to everything.

We arrived on the weekend and were told that we had to pay an extra 10 Euro per night to have airconditioning. However, this was sorted out after I enquired with the booking agent about this and we did not pay any extra. We were also told on our first day when we went back to the hotel at around 1.30 that we had to 'go away' again because our room had not been cleaned yet. We were two older women and needed to rest after a morning's walking so we managed to make it understood that the cleaner could come in while we were in our room. Language was a problem as we only spoke some Italian and the staff spoke very little English, but we managed okay in the end

Wir haben 2 Doppelzimmer: "Gehobenes Twin" gebucht 55€/P. Vorgefunden haben wir ein enges Doppelzimmer mit Fenster zum Innenhof, dadurch dunkel im Zimmer. Weiterhin war es bei geöffneten Fenstern sehr laut. Kein Fahrstuhl, Hotel ist in der 1. Etage. Frühstück wurde auf dem Zimmer genommen. Nur eine Sitzgelegenheit. Zusammenstellung des Frühstücks. In der Hotelbeschreibung wird ein "Kontinentales Frühstück" aufgeführt, was nicht im entferntesten den Erwartungen entsprach: Instantkaffee, Zwieback, Cornetto, abgep. Marmelade.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Rooms were available at short notice.

Poor value.

La habitacion es suficientemente amplia y el servicio de desayuno en la habitacion fue a horario y de buena calidad.

La entrada no estaba suficientemente indicada ni limpia

je n'ai pas aimé la chambre dont la fenêtre donnait sur un débarras c'était très clauque

la cortesia dello staff e anche la camera non era davvero male: grande, confortevole e pulita.

non mi è piaciuta la colazione, non c'è una stanza x consumarla ma te la portano in camera con poca scelta di pietanze. L'hotel, inoltre, è collocato al primo piano di un palazzo poco pulito senza ascensore, quindi non adatto ai portatori di handicap.
