La vicinanza ai siti di maggiore interesse

La stanza

La atención del personal, la cercanía de la estación Termini y de los centros de mayor interés. Se podía ir andando a casi todas partes. El cuarto de baño de mi habitación estaba nuevo. La conexión wifi era buena y la señal llegaba muy bien hasta la habitación. Estuve tres noches y, al ser temporada baja, conseguí un precio muy bueno, así que la relación calidad -precio me parece buena. El hotel tiene ascensor. El desayuno es abundante y bueno pero, para los amantes de desayunos más variados, sólo ofrecen cosas dulces: tostadas, pan fresco, bollería, tartas, cereales, zumos y café-infusiones; para mí, más que suficiente, pero soy de dulce : ). La zona me pareció segura para volver por la noche. Sí lo recomiendo. Yo estuve muy a gusto.

Las paredes son muy finas y se oye todo de la habitación de al lado. La iluminación de la habitación (no así la del baño) es muy pobre. Además mi habitación daba a un patio muy oscuro y apenas entraba luz, pero para estar todo el día fuera, tampoco se necesita mucho. El mobiliario es un poco cutre pero la cama estaba bien; era cómoda. Armario pequeño y con pocas perchas y ninguna para pantalones. Las habitaciones están en varios pisos y hay varios hostales en el mismo edificio. Mucho ruido en los pasillos (pero esto no es culpa del hotel), aunque de noche se duerme bien. Enchufes de agujero fino (como en toda Italia) y sin adaptador (me las vi y me las desee para cargar el portátil).

The staff was friendly and tried but had limited english language skills.

The location was extremely noisy. The breakfast buffet was poor. The hot water supply was limited and often ran out. The staff at the front desk had poor English skills. On this trip we also travelled to Venice and Florence staying in three star hotels. Hotel Embassy in our opinion is clearly NOT a three star hotel. We would not recommend it or visit there again.

I liked the convenience to Roma termini As we had to go front and back to the airport also I liked the walking distance trevi and Spanish steps. Service was good and attentive. Grazie

The breakfast area was very nice and well maintained with food. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Their help in arranging for taxi service early in the morning was fantastic. The second room we stayed in was nicer than the first one we were assigned.

I did not like getting sprayed with toilet water from the toilet paper shredder. It made me smell like sewage water for the day.
